GH1140 high temperature alloy is a solid solution strengthened iron-nickel based high temperature alloy. In addition to containing a large amount of chromium, it also uses a small amount of tungsten, molybdenum, aluminum and titanium to strengthen the solid solution. The alloy has medium thermal strength, high plasticity, good thermal fatigue, organizational stability and welding process performance. It is suitable for manufacturing plate structural parts and other high temperature parts of aircraft engines and gas turbine combustion chambers with working temperatures below 850 degree . Various deformed products such as plates, rods, tubes, wires, strips and forgings can be supplied.

GH1140 high temperature alloy hot forming process:
1. Hot forming process:
(1) The furnace temperature during forging is Less than or equal to 700 degree , the heating temperature is 1160 degree ±20 degree , and the terminal temperature is not less than 900 degree .
(2) The heating temperature of the slab hot rolling is 1160 degree ±20 degree , the rolling temperature is 1180~950 degree , and the temperature is preferably controlled within the range of 950~1000 degree when entering the last pass.
(3) The heating temperature of the hot rolled plate is 1120 degree , the rolling temperature is 1120~850 degree , and the total deformation of the hot rolled plate is greater than 50%.
(4) The cold rolled plate rolling reduction is 30%~40%, and the flat deformation of the finished plate shall not exceed 3%.

The thermal expansion coefficient of GH1140 alloy is close to that of steel, which can effectively reduce the stress and deformation caused by thermal expansion. In addition, the thermal conductivity of GH1140 alloy is low, which can effectively insulate heat, allowing it to maintain a low surface temperature in a high temperature environment.
